This Privacy Policy explains how Omnite. (“Omnite,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you use our websites, subscription dashboard, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Services you agree to the practices described here.
1. Who we are
Omnite. operates a subscription and billing platform serving customers in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the wider GCC. Our registered office is Office No. 208, Business Square Centre, Jurf Industrial Zone 1, Ajman, United Arab Emirates. For any privacy request, contact us using the details in Section 12.
2. Information we collect
2.1 Information you provide
- Account & contact data — name, email address, phone number, company / store name, and commercial registration (CR) number.
- Subscription data — the plan you select, billing currency, start date, and internal notes.
- Support data — messages and information you share when you contact us.
2.2 Payment information
Card payments and subscription charges are processed by our payment gateway, Tap Payments. We do not store full card numbers on our servers. Card details are submitted directly to Tap, which returns a secure token / authorization reference that we use to manage recurring billing. Tap’s handling of your data is governed by its own privacy policy.
2.3 Information collected automatically
- Device and usage data such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and timestamps.
- Cookies and similar technologies used to keep you signed in and to operate the Services.
3. How we use information
- To create and manage your account and subscriptions.
- To process payments, authorizations, renewals, reminders, and refunds through Tap.
- To provide customer support and send service-related communications.
- To detect, prevent, and investigate fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
- To comply with legal, tax, and regulatory obligations (including e-invoicing where applicable).
- To improve and maintain the Services.
4. Legal bases
Where applicable law requires it, we process personal data on the bases of contract performance (providing the Services you request), legitimate interests (securing and improving the Services), consent (where you have given it, e.g. certain communications), and legal compliance.
5. Sharing & disclosure
We share personal information only as needed:
- Payment processing — with Tap Payments to authorize and capture charges.
- Service providers — hosting, email/SMS delivery, and analytics vendors acting on our instructions.
- Legal & safety — where required by law, regulation, or valid legal process, or to protect rights and safety.
- Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale.
We do not sell your personal information.
6. International transfers
Your information may be processed in the UAE, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, or other countries where we or our service providers operate. Where data is transferred across borders, we take steps to ensure an appropriate level of protection consistent with applicable law.
7. Data retention
We retain personal information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Services, and thereafter as required to meet legal, tax, accounting, and dispute-resolution obligations.
8. Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information, including encryption in transit and tokenized payment handling. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, object to or restrict certain processing, and withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, contact us using Section 12. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
10. Cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies to operate the dashboard and keep you authenticated. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling necessary cookies may affect functionality.
11. Children
The Services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
